Here at Barking with the Bradley's, we understand how stressful it can be to choose someone to entrust your dog with. It feels like sending your child off to their first day of kindergarten. They grow up so fast! We want you to have the most confidence in the dog care provider you are paired with. Before you book with us, we ask a myriad of questions to help ensure that your pup is in compatible and capable hands. 

To help your dog feel comfortable, we always schedule a Pre-visit meet and greet with both you and your pet. We want to know how you parent to make sure we reinforce the behavior you want to see in your dog. Are there certain commands you want us working on? Are there manners your pup is supposed to have when walking, eating, or greeting others? What are normal behaviors versus signs they might not be feeling okay? Even details like routes your dog likes or dislikes to walk and what to expect if a squirrel runs across our path.We want to know it all! We love your questions too, so this is also an opportunity for you to ask away.

Once we get started, we’ll always keep you in the loop. With our user-friendly booking application, we send you snapshots of your pet, let you know what sort of bathroom business took place, a summary of the visit, a GPS map of where we walked, and start/end time stamps. With our chat function, you and your dog care provider will have easy, open communication the entire visit. 

Our dog care providers are experienced and Pet CPR and First Aid certified to ensure that we are better prepared for even the most stressful emergencies. Your dog is our number one priority.
