New Client Concierge Service
$25 | 30 minutes
Your new client experience will include a virtual consultation with a member of our administrative team, followed by an in-person meet & greet with your dog care provider(s), and ending with assistance from our administrative team to complete your onboarding process. The non-refundable fee is credited to your first invoice. The meet & greet is an important pre-visit session where your dog's care provider will be able to start building a relationship with the client(s), go on an orientation walk, discuss/complete forms, and secure your visits/reservations. If desired, additional M&Gs with the same dog care provider(s) are available for the same price.
Reigning Dog

Full adventure walk and high-energy exercise. We are happy to wash and/or refill their food and water bowls (upon request).

A loving home environment, cuddles, walks, playtime, & full overnight care in the care provider's home. **A Pre-visit Meet & Greet is required prior to booking this service, so please contact us to make the necessary arrangements. These are charged per calendar day. As much as we love puppies, the dog must be potty-trained and at least 1 year old.**
King of Your Castle
$80/Night
Your sitter comes to YOUR home — your dog never leaves their comfort zone. In-Home Sitting is our most personalized service — a true luxury experience where your pet stays in their own home, surrounded by their own smells, toys, and comfort. Our dog care provider comes to them and cares for your home as well. **A Pre-visit Meet & Greet is required prior to booking this service, so please contact us to make the necessary arrangements. These are 12-hour overnight windows. Additional care may be supplemented with a combination of walks, drop-ins, and/or daycare of your choice. **
King for a Day

Your pup will see what it’s like to reign supreme with doggy daycare. The half day offers supervised play, rest time & dedicated one-on-one attention. While the full day includes a full day of care, walks, play, enrichment & lots of love. We will serve your provided lunch/snacks to adhere to their meal schedule. **A Pre-visit Meet & Greet is required prior to booking this service, so please contact us to make the necessary arrangements. Pickup and drop-off not included. Must be potty-trained.**
Playtime in the Palace

$12/Hour
Your pup will have our renovated yard, complete with a 6' privacy fence and artificial turf, to themselves for playtime or you can invite your furriends for a pawesome party (up to 5 pups may be added to the reservation for $6/hour each). Water will be provided. Two doggy pools and an agility tunnel may be provided for use upon request. **Exclusively offered to BwB dog care clients. Free for subscription package holders.**

Transparent, No Surprises
Sibling Special
Additional $8-33
More love to give! Add a second dog to any service at a discounted sibling rate. $8 up-charge for each sibling added on to your walking visits (only applies to visits when walks are performed simultaneously). $13 up-charge for each sibling added on to daycare service. $33 up-charge per day/night for each sibling added on to overnight services.
Early Bird/Night Owl Fee
Additional $12
Visits before 7:00 AM or ending between 9-10:30pm. We show up whenever your pup needs us. This is also applied to any reservation drop-offs and/or pick-ups that occur more than 15 minutes after the agreed upon time.
Not Potty-Trained/Incontinence fee
Additional $10-$45
We handle it with grace, patience, and zero judgment — your pet's comfort always comes first. $10 up-charge per visit for each pup who is not potty-trained or is experiencing incontinence. $45 up-charge per night for each pup during overnight reservations. We don't mind a little extra work, but do ask that dogs who are not potty trained or are experiencing incontinence to please be suited with the appropriate diaper and/or are enclosed to a crate/space with potty pads for hygiene purposes.
Pet Taxi
$40 base + gas surcharge
We'll transport your pet safely. Gas surcharge: 0–3 mi +$5 | 4–6 mi +$10 | 7–10 mi +$15. 10-mile radius only. Can be booked as an add-on or stand-alone service for exiting clients.
Holiday Care Fee
Additional $15-$30
We're here for your pet even on the holidays, so you can fully enjoy yours. $15 up-charge for each visit, and $30 up-charge for dog boarding/sitting/daycare reservations on New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Easter weekend, Mother's Day weekend, Memorial Day weekend, Father's Day weekend, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day weekend, the week of Thanksgiving, & the week of Christmas.
Inclement Weather Fee
Additional $12
Rain, snow or wind — your dog still needs their walk and we'll do our best to be there, no matter the weather. This fee will be added to each visit during a severe weather watch/warning for your city/county. If walker decides weather is too severe, service will be honored at a later date/time.
Same/Next Day Fee
Additional $22-$42
Need us on short notice? We'll do our best to be there for you and your pup. Same day/next day $22 up-charge for each visit or daycare stay requested on the same or day prior to the visit itself. Same week/next week $42 up-charge for each overnight reservation requested within a week of the reservation itself.
Oral Medication Administration
$5 per administration
We'll administer prescribed oral medications with care, patience, and precision. This does not apply to medication added to pet’s food.
Gas Surcharge
Varies
Additional fee for services beyond the care provider’s 10-mile radius. 0–3 mi +$5 | 4–6 mi +$10 | 7–10 mi +$15.
