Do you offer any promotions?
Yes, we often offer promotions for certain holidays/events, but we also offer walking subscription packages and Referral Rewards year-round. With our Referral Rewards, you’ll receive a FREE 15 minute visit for EACH new client that you refer (reward redeemed after new client has booked his/her first visit).
Do I need to tip my dog care provider?
No, you are not required to tip, but it is always appreciated. You can add your desired tip at the time of invoice payment or after services have been provided (by navigating to "Invoices" in your DoTimely web portal and selecting the heart icon in the "Tips" column). If you do decide to tip, then 100% will go directly to your dog care provider. In cases where there are multiple care providers, the tip will be divided proportionally amongst them.
How do I know which size bandana is right for my dog?
Measure your pup's neck at the widest point. Add about 4 inches for the knot.
What's your return policy for the BwB shop?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund in either Barking with the Bradley's credit or your original form of payment. BwB credit can be used in the shop or towards any of the services that we offer. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it. Please keep the receipt.
